We stand behind every garment, piece of gear, and accessory we craft. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your Shopify parcel is delivered.

Return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
Free Size Exchanges
Complimentary return labels for size or color exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
- Original brand tags and hangtags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (Shopify Order Number or Receipt Email) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety guidelines:
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as Non-Returnable at checkout).
- Undergarments and compression liners (unless unopened in original seal).
- Gift cards and digital gift codes.

Once your return is received and inspected at our central fulfillment warehouse, we will send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shopify Pay) within 5 to 7 business days.
