1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a secondary email notification with live tracking information once your package has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via our Shopify checkout system:

3. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We ship internationally across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. International shipping rates and duties are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination country.
Depending on your destination country, custom duties, import taxes, and tariffs may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless prepaid at Shopify Checkout.
4. Order Tracking & Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from Theory Seven containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier system.
You can also track your live order progress inside your registered Theory Seven Account Orders Page or via the Theory Seven Mobile App.
Need to Change Your Shipping Address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our support team immediately at info@theorysevenbrand.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order enters our automated fulfillment pipeline, shipping address changes cannot be guaranteed.
